We are a fast-growing private car rental company serving rideshare drivers, travelers, and long-term renters throughout the DMV area.

We are looking for a reliable, proactive, and hands-on Fleet Operations Assistant to help keep our fleet running smoothly and support daily business operations.

What You’ll Be Doing Customer Pickups & Vehicle Handoffs

• Meet customers at scheduled pickup locations
• Review rental rules, fees, and expectations
• Ensure contracts are signed and payments are complete
• Complete vehicle check-in process including pre-rental videos

Fleet Maintenance Coordination

• Drop off vehicles for maintenance and repairs
• Coordinate with mechanics as needed
• Help keep vehicles on the road and rental-ready

Parts Research & Pickup

• Research parts needed for vehicles
• Get multiple pricing quotes
• Pick up parts from junkyards or suppliers
• Deliver parts to mechanics or office

Vehicle Registration Support

• Visit tag & title offices for:
• Vehicle registrations
• Registration renewals
• Handle registration paperwork
• Install tags on vehicles when needed

Vehicle Preparation

• Wash vehicles
• Vacuum interiors
• Add air fresheners
• Ensure vehicles are customer-ready

General Operations Support

• Help with ad hoc business tasks
• Move vehicles between locations
• Support office and fleet operations as needed

• Have experience in car rental, logistics, transportation, or fleet management
• Are comfortable coordinating with mechanics

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• Clean driving record preferred
• Reliable phone communication
• Ability to travel around the DMV area
• Must be organized and professional
