Fleet Operations Associate

Daily Frequency Rentals has an opening for a fleet operations associate who wants to make an immediate impact on our high volume, fast-paced rental car company. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you’ll be involved in both vehicles AND customers:

Fleet Responsibilities:

• Clean and detail vehicles (interior/exterior)
• Prep vehicles for upcoming bookings
• Perform basic inspections (lights, fluids, cleanliness)
• Transport vehicles to/from shops or customers
• Keep the lot organized and running efficiently

Customer Responsibilities:

• Assist with booking customers in person
• Handle payments (card + cash)
• Answer customer questions and provide great service
• Help with check-ins, check-outs, and vehicle swaps
