Fleet Operations Coordinator

Job Highlights:

Job Responsibilities

• Monitor customers’ daily operational and delivery requirements.
• Receive and coordinate orders for products and deliveries.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers and service providers to resolve delivery-related issues or complaints.
• Coordinate with customers and drivers to ensure smooth delivery operations.
• Plan and provide accurate delivery routes and instructions for drivers.
• Coordinate delivery schedules and ensure shipments meet the required timelines.
• Monitor drivers’ progress and ensure deliveries are completed according to schedule.
• Ensure truck availability meets customers’ requirements.
• Manage drivers’ work schedules, off days, working hours and rest periods.
• Liaise with the CSC KL team regarding vehicle availability and delivery schedules.
• Monitor compliance with drivers’ working hour policies.
• Coordinate with supervisors regarding truck maintenance and servicing.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• At least Diploma in logistics or equivalent
• Proven experience as a Dispatcher, Logistics Coordinator, Transport Coordinator or in a similar role.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with staff at different levels.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
