Fleet Operations Lead

• Lead and manage the daily logistics operations of the Middle Mile Line Haul
• Lead the development and execution of Traffic and Yard management across SPX facilities
• Responsible for the performance of Middle Mile in term of Speed, Capacity, and Cost
• Develop and enforce policies and procedures to ensure efficient and safe operations.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth integration of processes and execution
• Recruit, train, and manage staff, including control tower, ground teams, and traffic/yard controller.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including those related to health, safety, and transportation.
• Continuously seek opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions.
• Any other tasks/responsibilities as assigned by your reporting manager

Requirements:

• 3-5 years in logistics industry preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• English communication is a must
• Ability to drive and travel
