We are seeking an experienced Fleet Operations Manager to oversee fleet performance, ensure operational excellence, and drive continuous improvement in our transport services.

Key Responsibilities

• Fleet management: Oversee daily operations of the vehicle fleet, including scheduling, dispatching, and utilization.
• Maintenance oversight: Ensure timely servicing, repairs, and compliance with safety standards.
• Operational efficiency: Implement strategies to optimize routes, reduce costs, and improve service delivery.
• Team leadership: Supervise drivers and fleet staff, providing training and performance monitoring.
• Compliance assurance: Ensure adherence to Bahraini transport regulations and company policies.
• Data reporting: Prepare fleet performance reports and provide insights to senior management.
• Customer coordination: Collaborate with clients to ensure reliable and timely transport services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transportation Management, or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in fleet operations or logistics management.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, route planning, and fleet management systems.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in fleet management software and MS Office Suite.
• Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
