Fleet Operations Officer

About the role

A Fleet Operations Officer is responsible for managing the day-to-day operation, safety, maintenance, and efficiency of an organization's vehicle fleet.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of company vehicles and assigned drivers
• Monitor vehicle utilization, mileage, fuel consumption, and operating costs
• Schedule and monitor preventive maintenance, inspections, repairs, and servicing
• Coordinate driver and porter schedules, assignments, routes, and dispatching
• Ensure vehicles comply with applicable transportation, safety, and regulatory requirements
• Monitor fuel consumption and manage fuel cards, fuel records, toll expenses, and parking
• Coordinate vehicle deployment for deliveries, field operations, and other business requirements
• Maintain records for vehicle registration, insurance, permits, maintenance, and inspections
• Prepare regular fleet performance reports and track key performance indicators
• Coordinate with vehicle dealers, repair shops, insurance providers, and fuel suppliers
• Ensure drivers and porters have valid licenses and required documents
• Monitor adherence to company driving and vehicle-use policies
• Investigate accidents, incidents, traffic violations, and vehicle-related complaints

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php17,066.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Lipa, Batangas: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)

• Fleet management: 1 year (Preferred)
