Fleet - Operations Supervisor

QJ Motors is looking for an organised, hands-on Fleet Operations Supervisor to oversee the leasing and daily fleet operations of our QJ motorcycles. The ideal candidate will have experience in fleet or leasing operations, strong coordination skills, and basic technical knowledge of motorcycles.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily motorcycle leasing operations, including allocations, handovers, returns and inspections.
• Maintain accurate records of lease agreements, fleet availability, insurance and vehicle documentation.
• Liaise with the Traffic Directorate and relevant authorities for motorcycle registrations, renewals and ownership transfers.
• Coordinate servicing, repairs and preventive maintenance with the workshop to minimise downtime.
• Monitor motorcycle condition, mileage and service schedules to keep the fleet safe and roadworthy.
• Handle customer enquiries and coordinate the resolution of leasing and fleet-related issues.
• Track lease expiry dates and coordinate renewals, returns and outstanding payment follow-ups.
• Prepare regular reports on fleet utilisation, maintenance costs and operational performance.

Requirements

• Previous experience in fleet management, vehicle leasing or transport operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Basic technical knowledge of motorcycles and routine maintenance requirements.
• Familiarity with vehicle registration, renewal and transfer procedures.
• Strong organisational, communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and maintaining fleet records.
• A valid motorcycle licence would be an advantage.
