As a Fleet Operator / Driver, you will drive transport ops across Sarawak, executing high-security movements, managing vehicle logs, and ensuring full compliance with state transport protocols. Whether behind the wheel of commercial assets or steering ground logistics, you will safe, on-time, and audit-ready operations.

Core Execution Focus

Ground Execution & Tactical Transport: Execute safe movement of personnel, sensitive documentation, and operational assets across Sarawak’s highway networks and regional processing nodes.

Fleet Readiness & Inspections: Conduct pre-trip security, mechanical, and safety checks; track maintenance schedules, road tax, and statutory vehicle compliance logs.

Security & Access Control: Maintain strict operational protocols during transit, managing crowd order at transit points and enforcing safety standards on the move.

Route Optimization & Incident Response: Adapt dynamically to real-time traffic and weather conditions while handling ground escalations, security checkpoints, and emergency protocols with composure.

What You Bring

Experience & Licensing: Valid D Driving License required; valid GDL (Goods Driving License) preferred for commercial vehicle operation.

Domain Track Record: 2+ years in fleet operations, high-security transport, or regulated logistics in Sarawak.

Regulatory Knowledge: Sound understanding of local road regulations, JPJ/CVLB compliance standards, and defensive driving.

Mindset: High discipline, sharp situational awareness, and an unyielding commitment to safety.
