Fleet Service Technician

Ready to get your hands dirty, build real skills, and work for a brand people actually trust? Whether you've been in the tyre game for years or you're just getting started and hungry to learn - we want to hear from you.

The Role

You'll be joining our commercial store in Invercargill as a Fleet Service Technician, keeping our customers' fleet vehicles rolling safely and on time. No two days look exactly the same - you could be out on-site fitting tyres on a truck, back in the store working on a van, or managing jobs and talking with customers directly. It's hands-on, it's varied, and it matters.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Tyre fitting, maintenance and repairs - in-store and on-site at customer locations
• Keeping job cards and records accurate and up to date
• Delivering great customer service, face-to-face and over the phone
• Once you're up to speed, occasional on-call weekend work (rostered, not random)

Who We're Looking For

You might be an experienced tyre fitter ready for your next move, or someone completely new to the industry who's keen to learn and work hard. Either way, here's what matters to us:

The must-haves:

• A full, clean New Zealand Driver's Licence
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual work
• Great with people - customers and teammates alike
• Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in doing things right
• Eligible to live and work in New Zealand

Nice to have (but not essential):

• Some experience in tyres, automotive, transport, or a similar trade
• Comfort working independently and managing your own workload

No tyre experience? No problem. We'll train you from the ground up - all we ask is that you show up ready to learn.

What You'll Get

• $27–$33ph with pay reviews tied to your training milestones
• Structured on-the-job training with a clear pathway to progress
• Genuine promotion-from-within culture - your next step could be right here
• Full uniform and PPE provided, as well as a genuine safety-first approach to work
• Discounts on tyres and servicing for you, your family and friends
• A friendly, tight-knit team that has your back
