About the Role

Toyota Mobility Solutions Philippines, Inc. is looking for a proactive, analytical, and relationship-driven Fleet Solutions Associate to join our Asset Management team.

In this role, you will support Fleet360 and Fleet Management Services through telematics operations, alliance development, client coordination, asset management, and project implementation. You will play a key role in monitoring fleet performance, managing telematics solutions, building strategic partnerships, and supporting the expansion of mobility and fleet management services.

What You'll Do

• Fleet Solutions Operations – Support sales activities for Fleet360 and Fleet Management Services, ensuring the effective delivery of mobility and fleet solutions to clients.

• Partnership and Alliance Development – Identify, build, and manage relationships with strategic partners, suppliers, and service providers to strengthen and expand Asset Management services.

• Telematics and Central Monitoring System (CMS) Management – Monitor vehicle activities through telematics platforms, including real-time tracking, geofencing, route optimization, and fleet visibility.

• Data Analysis and Reporting – Analyze telematics and operational data, prepare reports, identify trends, and provide recommendations to support business and operational decisions.

• Fleet Maintenance Monitoring – Track vehicle health, maintenance schedules, preventive maintenance requirements, and operational readiness to ensure optimal fleet performance.

• Driver Performance Monitoring – Review driver behavior data and assist in implementing initiatives that promote safety, compliance, and operational efficiency.

• Client and Stakeholder Coordination – Attend meetings, coordinate with clients, internal teams, and external partners, and provide regular status updates and recommendations.

• Project Management and Service Development – Support the planning, implementation, and continuous improvement of fleet management, telematics, and mobility solutions projects.

• Asset Management Support – Assist in the safekeeping, monitoring, and disposal of company assets, including end-of-life units and motorpool vehicles.

• Compliance and Process Improvement – Ensure adherence to company policies, client requirements, and regulatory standards while identifying opportunities for operational improvements.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or any related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other productivity tools.
• Strong project management, planning, and organizational capabilities.
• Ability to explain technical concepts and translate data into meaningful business insights.
• Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in telematics, fleet management, mobility services, automotive operations, telecommunications, or project management is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
