Fleet Supervisor

Job Summary

The Fleet Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the company’s vehicle fleet, ensuring optimal maintenance, efficient scheduling, and compliance with transport regulations.

Major Responsibilities:

▪ Supervise fleet operations, including vehicle maintenance and fuel management.

▪ Monitor driver performance and ensure adherence to safety regulations.

▪ Plan and coordinate vehicle scheduling and route optimization.

▪ Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, repairs, and compliance.

Job Requirements :

▪ Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Transport Management, or related field.

▪ Minimum of 4 years in fleet operations or logistics management.

▪ Experience in vehicle maintenance scheduling and fuel management.

▪ Experience in driver management and cost control.

▪ Knowledge of GPS tracking systems and transport regulations. General Working Conditions

▪ Office-based role with frequent field visits to inspect vehicles.

▪ May require emergency response for vehicle breakdowns.

Pay: ₦250,000.00 - ₦300,000.00 per month
