Fleet Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Fleet Supervisor with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in the UAE to oversee our daily fleet operations. In this role, you will be responsible for vehicle allocation, route optimization, driver management, and strictly maintaining compliance with local transport authorities (RTA, ITC/DOT, etc.). The ideal candidate possesses deep familiarity with UAE road networks, local traffic laws, and telematics systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Fleet Operations & Dispatch: Oversee daily vehicle routing, dispatching, and allocation across the UAE to optimize transit times and fuel consumption.
• Regulatory Compliance: Maintain full compliance with UAE transport laws, including RTA (Dubai), ITC (Abu Dhabi), and Ministry of Transport regulations.
• Driver & Labour Management: Supervise, train, and schedule drivers; monitor performance, safe driving compliance, and manage driver UAE light/heavy licenses and visa renewals.
• Vehicle Maintenance & Inspections: Coordinate preventative maintenance, mechanical repairs, and routine inspections to pass annual vehicle testing and registration (Tasjeel, Shamil, etc.).
• Fine & Toll Management: Monitor and process Salik, Darb tolls, traffic fines, and parking permits to minimize operational penalties.
• Asset & Cost Control: Utilize GPS tracking/Telematics software to track vehicle locations, monitor driver behavior, manage fuel card allocations, and reduce operating costs.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in fleet management or logistics supervision within the UAE.
• Local Knowledge: Thorough understanding of UAE traffic rules, transport regulatory authorities (RTA/ITC), and road networks across all Emirates.
• Licensing: Valid UAE Driving License required (Light Vehicle or Heavy Vehicle/Equipment).
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Telematics/GPS tracking platforms, Fleet Management Software (FMS), and MS Office/Excel.
• Languages: Fluency in English is required; conversational Arabic or Hindi/Urdu is highly preferred for driver coordination.
