Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Fleet Supervisor to manage day-to-day fleet operations at the project site. The successful candidate will oversee vehicle deployment, movement, maintenance coordination, fuel consumption, driver supervision, and fleet documentation to ensure smooth and efficient project operations.

Candidates with experience in fleet management, vehicle rental/leasing, automotive operations, or large-scale project fleet supervision will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily fleet operations and ensure the availability and proper utilization of vehicles at the project site.
• Monitor vehicle allocation, deployment, movement, and return in accordance with project requirements.
• Coordinate with drivers, operations teams, and project representatives to ensure timely transportation and service delivery.
• Monitor fuel consumption, fuel expenses, mileage, and vehicle usage to minimize unnecessary costs.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle movements, mileage, fuel consumption, maintenance, and operational expenses.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance, vehicle servicing, inspections, repairs, and registration renewals.
• Monitor vehicle condition and ensure that all vehicles are maintained in safe and roadworthy condition.
• Supervise drivers and ensure compliance with company policies, project requirements, traffic regulations, and safety procedures.
• Investigate vehicle breakdowns, accidents, delays, and operational issues, and report them to management.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly fleet operation reports.
• Monitor vehicle documents, insurance, registration, and other relevant compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with the store and maintenance teams regarding vehicle spare parts and service requirements, where applicable.
• Identify opportunities to improve fleet efficiency, reduce fuel and maintenance costs, and ensure proper asset utilization.
• Perform other fleet-related duties assigned by management.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in fleet supervision, fleet management, automotive operations, or project transportation.
• Experience in handling multiple vehicles and supervising drivers at a project site.
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance, fuel monitoring, mileage tracking, and fleet documentation.
• Good organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage daily operational priorities.
• Good communication and team management skills.
• Previous experience in Kuwait or GCC fleet operations will be an advantage.
• A valid Kuwait driving licence will be an advantage, depending on project requirements.

Employment Conditions

• Working Days: 6 days per week (Saturday to Thursday).
• Working Hours: 9 hours per day, including a 1-hour break.
• Visa Requirement: Valid Kuwait residency – Article 18 (Ahli/Project), subject to eligibility and transfer requirements.
• Availability: Candidates who can join immediately will be given preference.
• Location: Kuwait – Project Site.

Pay: KD300.000 - KD450.000 per month

Work Location: In person
