Fleet Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Fleet Supervisor to manage daily driver operations, vehicle allocation, delivery transportation, and employee pick-up and drop-off services, ensuring safe, timely, and efficient transportation.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate drivers responsible for product deliveries, material transportation, and employee pick-up and drop-off services.
• Plan daily routes, delivery schedules, and employee transportation arrangements based on operational requirements.
• Monitor driver attendance, punctuality, performance, and compliance with assigned schedules.
• Ensure vehicles are properly maintained, roadworthy, and available for daily operations.
• Coordinate with warehouse, production, HR, and other departments to arrange timely deliveries and employee transportation.
• Monitor fuel consumption, vehicle usage, maintenance schedules, and transportation-related expenses.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle assignments, driver schedules, delivery activities, and vehicle maintenance.
• Handle transportation issues, delays, breakdowns, and driver-related concerns promptly.
• Ensure drivers comply with traffic regulations, company policies, and safety requirements.
• Prepare regular reports on fleet utilization, driver performance, vehicle condition, and operational issues.

Key Requirements

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transportation Management, or a related field is an advantage.
• Proven experience in fleet supervision, driver coordination, or transportation operations.
• Experience managing drivers for deliveries and employee transportation services.
• Good knowledge of vehicle maintenance scheduling, route planning, and fleet operations.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Good computer skills, including MS Excel and fleet tracking or reporting systems.
• Ability to coordinate multiple drivers, schedules, and transportation requirements efficiently.
• Strong leadership presence and an assertive personality, with the confidence to manage drivers, enforce discipline, and ensure strict compliance with schedules and company policies.
• Ability to handle driver-related issues, resolve conflicts, and make firm decisions under pressure.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to command respect while maintaining professionalism and accountability.
• Valid Qatar driving license
• Candidates currently available in Qatar are preferred.

Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR7,000.00 per month
