Fleet Assistant Job Description

A Fleet Assistant supports the daily operations of a company’s vehicle fleet. This role helps ensure vehicles are properly maintained, compliant, and ready for use.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with scheduling vehicle maintenance and repairs

• Maintain accurate vehicle records (registrations, insurance, inspections, mileage logs)

• Track fuel usage and maintenance costs

• Coordinate vehicle assignments and monitor availability

• Communicate with drivers regarding vehicle issues
