Fleet Transport Admin Supervisor

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidate must be a graduate of any BS Engineering/Management Related Course

• Knowledgeable on vehicle repairs, securing permits and insurance pertaining to vehicle

• Computer literate (specially in MS Excel)

• With experience in vehicle / carpool handling

• Must be hardworking, honest, willing to extend working hours and be assigned to other areas

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Responsible for supervising and managing the company's fleet and carpool operations to ensure the availability, safety, proper utilization, and cost-effective maintenance of company vehicles.
• Oversees vehicle custodians, coordinates repair and maintenance activities, monitors fleet KPI's and expenses, manage service provider accreditation, and ensures compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Coordinates with concerned departments, insurance provider, purchasing and accredited service providers, prepares fleet-related reports and recommendations; and implements programs and processes that supports efficient and reliable fleet operations.
