About the Job

Tough Cookies is a local prepared-meal delivery company, and we're looking for dependable Flex Delivery Drivers to deliver our freshly prepared meals directly to customers throughout the Greater Boston area.

This is a great part-time opportunity for someone who enjoys driving, wants a simple and independent job, and likes the flexibility of using their own vehicle.

We are hiring drivers for both Sundays and Mondays. You do not need to be available both days — you can apply if you're available for either Sunday OR Monday.

What You'll Do

You'll pick up your assigned route from our facility in Stoughton, MA and use our delivery app to navigate from stop to stop.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Pick up prepared customer orders from our Stoughton facility
• Load deliveries into your personal vehicle
• Use our delivery app to navigate to each customer's home
• Deliver freshly prepared meals safely and accurately
• Follow customer delivery instructions
• Place deliveries in the appropriate location at each home
• Take delivery confirmation photos through the app
• Handle customer orders with care
• Complete your assigned route efficiently and professionally

Routes typically take approximately 5–7 hours to complete depending on the number of stops, location, traffic, and individual driving pace.

We currently have routes available:

Sundays
Mondays

You can work one day or both days, depending on your availability.

This can be a great fit for someone looking to earn additional income on the weekend or beginning of the week without committing to a traditional full-time schedule.

Requirements

Applicants must:

• Have a valid driver's license
• Have a reliable personal vehicle
• Have current auto insurance
• Have a smartphone capable of running our delivery app
• Be comfortable driving for several hours
• Be able to safely lift and carry meal delivery bags/totes
• Be dependable and punctual
• Follow delivery instructions carefully
• Communicate professionally with our team and customers

Delivery experience is helpful but not required. We're primarily looking for reliable people who are comfortable driving, can follow instructions, and take pride in providing customers with a great delivery experience.
