Part-Time Flex Merchandiser – Mission Tortilla

Bread2Me LLC is hiring a Part-Time Flex Merchandiser to service Mission Tortilla accounts throughout the Indianapolis/Marion County, Danville, Brownsburg, and Greencastle areas.

Position: Part-Time Flex Merchandiser

Employment Type: 1099 Independent Contractor
Location: Indianapolis/Marion County, Danville, Brownsburg & Greencastle, IN
Schedule: Part-time/flexible, based on route and store needs

Job Responsibilities

• Merchandise Mission Tortilla products in assigned retail stores
• Stock and rotate products according to company standards
• Maintain clean, organized, and properly faced displays
• Check inventory and identify products that need to be replenished
• Communicate professionally with store management and employees
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and store personnel
• Assist with coverage when the regular merchandiser is unavailable
• Follow all Mission Tortilla and store policies
• Complete assigned work accurately and on time

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Clean driving record
• Reliable transportation
• Dependable and punctual
• Strong customer-service and communication skills
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Comfortable working in grocery and retail stores
• Able to lift, carry, and stock cases of product
• Willing to travel between assigned stores
• Previous merchandising, grocery, retail, DSD, or food-service experience is a plus
