Flex Operator (Shipping)

More precisely, you will

• Prepare and type invoices and various forms to shipment
• Update selling prices for all products on the shipping list
• Book air space with the forwarding agent
• Ensure enough copies of the shipping list for distribution
• Sort and ensure all export documents are received from export agent and sent to Finance department on time to ensure prompt payment by customers
• Sort all incoming freight invoices before sending them to Finance department for payment processing
• Prepare monthly report of import and export activities and submit same to Customs department
• Maintain an efficient filing and record system
• Maintain good housekeeping in work-area and focus on safety
• Accuracy and timeliness of shipping documents for forwarding agents is important to avoid unnecessary delays in deliveries
• Any other assignment deems fit from time to time

Your profile

• SPM with 3 to 5 years or Diploma with 2-3 years of relative experience
• Fluency in local language and good at English
• Experience in shipping and receiving
• Good knowledge on warehouse management
• Good working knowledge of MS Office tools
