Location: Remote Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced FLEXCUBE Functional Consultant with strong experience in Oracle FLEXCUBE Core Banking. The consultant will work on functional analysis, solution design, implementation, customization support, upgrades, migrations, integrations, testing and production support.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into FLEXCUBE functional solutions.
• Work across CASA, Lending, Interest Charges, Liquidity Management and OBPM.
• Support FLEXCUBE 14.x upgrades, migrations and enhancements.
• Prepare functional specifications, process flows, configuration requirements and impact analysis.
• Coordinate with technical teams for CEMLI development and customization.
• Support integration with ATM/POS switches, payment systems, gateways and digital channels.
• Participate in implementation activities from requirement gathering through go-live.
• Support SIT, UAT, regression and integration testing.
• Analyze functional defects and coordinate resolution with technical teams.
• Provide L2/L3 functional support for production issues.
• Support data migration, reconciliation, cutover and post-production stabilization.

Required Skills

• 5-10 years of experience in Oracle FLEXCUBE Functional Consulting.
• Strong hands-on experience with FLEXCUBE Core Banking.
• Good knowledge of FLEXCUBE 14.x.
• Strong functional knowledge of CASA, Lending and Interest Charges (IC).
• Working knowledge of Liquidity Management and Oracle Banking Payments (OBPM).
• Experience with FLEXCUBE implementation, upgrades and migrations.
• Knowledge of CEMLI and FLEXCUBE customization activities.
• Experience with SIT, UAT, regression and integration testing.
• Understanding of ATM/POS, payment systems and external integrations.
• Strong requirement gathering, functional analysis and documentation skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Good to Have

• Experience in end-to-end FLEXCUBE implementation projects.
• Experience with data migration and reconciliation.
• Production support experience.
• Core banking domain experience.
