Flexcube Techno-Functional Consultant

We are looking for an experienced FLEXCUBE Techno-Functional Consultant to join a banking transformation project in Riyadh. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with FLEXCUBE , with the ability to work across both technical and functional aspects of the platform.

The consultant will work closely with the end client, business stakeholders, and technical teams to support FLEXCUBE implementation, enhancement, integration, troubleshooting, and production-related activities.

Requirements

• Provide techno-functional expertise on FLEXCUBE Core Banking
• Understand business requirements and translate them into appropriate FLEXCUBE solutions
• Work on FLEXCUBE configuration, customization, enhancements, and technical troubleshooting
• Analyse functional requirements and prepare technical/functional specifications
• Support integration of FLEXCUBE with internal and external banking applications
• Coordinate with functional, technical, testing, and business teams throughout the project lifecycle
• Investigate and resolve production issues, defects, and system-related challenges
• Support SIT, UAT, deployment, and post-production activities
• Perform impact analysis for enhancements and change requests
• Participate in discussions with the end client's stakeholders
• Ensure solutions align with banking processes, technical standards, and project requirements
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members where required

• Strong understanding of core banking concepts and banking processes
• Experience working with business users, technical teams, and multiple stakeholders
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and documentation skills
