Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage and administer Flexera tools for software asset management.
• Perform software license compliance and optimization activities.
• Generate and analyze software usage and compliance reports.
• Maintain software inventory and entitlement records.
• Support audits from software vendors such as Microsoft, Oracle, and IBM.
• Integrate Flexera with enterprise tools and data sources.
• Work closely with IT, procurement, and compliance teams.
• Troubleshoot Flexera-related issues and recommend improvements.

Candidate Profile

• 4-6 years of experience in Software Asset Management or IT Asset Management.
• Hands-on experience with Flexera One or FlexNet Manager.
• Strong understanding of software licensing models.
• Knowledge of SAM processes, compliance, and audit management.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
