Key Responsibilities

• Provide general help and support to individuals or families based on agreed tasks
• Assist with light household tasks, errands, or organisation
• Offer companionship, reassurance, and friendly support
• Help with short-term or one-off requests as needed
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with clients
• Carry out tasks safely, responsibly, and with care

• Friendly, approachable, and dependable
• Good communication skills in English
• Organised and able to manage time effectively
• Caring attitude with a willingness to help others
• Able to work independently and follow instructions
• Reliable, respectful, and trustworth
• Experience
• No formal qualifications required
• Life experience, kindness, and a helpful nature are valued
• Experience helping others (professionally or personally) is a bonus but not essential
