Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional check-in experience.
• Manage guest inquiries via multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette and responsiveness.
• Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications efficiently using hotel management software.
• Provide accurate information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Assist with guest requests such as room changes, special accommodations, or concierge services to ensure a seamless stay.
• Conduct night audit procedures when scheduled, balancing accounts and preparing reports to support hotel operations.
• Maintain guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and professionally, fostering positive reviews and repeat visits.

Requirements

• Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel management roles, with a strong background in customer service.
• Previous hotel experience, particularly at the front desk or in guest services roles.
• Knowledge of hospitality industry standards, including guest relations and resort operations.
• Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and excellent phone etiquette skills.
• Ability to handle night audit responsibilities with attention to detail and accuracy.

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
