TriMotion Physical Therapy is a growing, therapist-owned outpatient practice committed to providing personalized, high-quality rehabilitation in a welcoming and patient-focused environment.

We are looking for a Physical Therapist who wants to be more than just another provider on a schedule. As TriMotion continues to grow, we are looking for someone who wants to grow with us, build relationships with patients and the community, and become an important part of our practice.

Our Mission:

At TriMotion, we believe physical therapy should be individualized, hands-on, and focused on helping patients return to the activities that matter most to them.

Our practice treats a diverse outpatient population, including orthopedic injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, balance and fall prevention, neurological conditions, vestibular disorders, and general strength and mobility limitations.

As a growing independent practice, we value quality of care, strong patient relationships, clinical autonomy, and creating an environment where both patients and clinicians feel valued.

The Opportunity

We are hiring for both part-time and full-time Physical Therapists and are open to building a position that fits the right clinician.

You'll have the opportunity to:

• Treat a diverse outpatient caseload and develop meaningful relationships with your patients.
• Work with greater clinical independence in a therapist-owned practice.
• Have input into your schedule, including the days and hours you want to work.
• Help determine a patient volume that works for you rather than being pushed into an unnecessarily high-volume model.
• Develop your clinical interests and help expand services within the practice.

We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work and genuinely cares about the patient experience.

The ideal candidate is personable, dependable, clinically motivated, and comfortable working independently while also being part of a collaborative team. We welcome both experienced Physical Therapists and new graduates who are eager to develop their skills.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy or equivalent Physical Therapy degree
• Active or eligible Florida Physical Therapist license
• Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
• Professional and reliable
• Commitment to individualized, patient-centered care
