As a Flexible Nursery Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting our children, staff, and families across the nursery. You will gain experience working with different age groups and rooms, building strong relationships throughout the setting whilst ensuring children receive the highest quality care and education.

What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting children’s learning, development, and wellbeing.
• Working across different rooms as required, gaining valuable experience with various age groups.
• Assisting the team in providing a safe, stimulating, and caring environment.
• Helping with daily routines, play experiences, and outdoor learning opportunities.
• Building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
• Supporting the nursery team during busy periods, staff absences, and annual leave.

What We're Looking For

• A warm, caring, and enthusiastic individual who enjoys working with children.
• Flexibility to work shifts based on your availability and the needs of the nursery.
• A positive team player who is willing to support wherever needed.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous childcare experience is desirable but not essential.
• A relevant Early Years qualification is welcomed but not required.
