【Flexii】Fullstack Engineers (React+Springboot)

Flexii runs a flexible workforce platform across Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Singapore. Stores post shifts. Workers pick them up. Our product sits in the middle and has to work fast, every time, for both sides.

What You’ll Do

You’ll build features across the whole stack, from the React screens a store manager taps on to the Spring Boot services that match shifts, handle bookings, and move payments.

Day to day, that looks like:

• Building and shipping product features end to end: UI, API, data model, deployment
• Writing and maintaining RESTful services in Java and Spring Boot
• Building responsive, maintainable front-end components in React (TypeScript preferred)
• Designing database schemas and writing queries that hold up under real traffic
• Working directly with product, design, and operations to turn messy real-world problems into clean solutions
• Reviewing code, writing tests, and keeping the codebase healthy
• Debugging production issues with logs and traces, then fixing the root cause, not the symptom

We’ll also expect you to:

• Own a product domain technically and make the architecture calls within it
• Spot tech debt early and argue for fixing it with real trade-offs
• Mentor junior engineers through code review and pairing

What We’re Looking For

Must have

• 5+ years of professional full stack experience
• Solid production experience with React and modern JavaScript or TypeScript
• Solid production experience with Java and Spring Boot
• Good command of relational databases (MySQL or PostgreSQL) and SQL
• Experience designing and consuming REST APIs
• Comfort with Git, code review, and CI/CD workflows
• Professional working English. Mandarin is a strong plus, since much of our TW ops team works in it

Nice to have

• Experience on Google Cloud Platform (Cloud Run, BigQuery, Cloud Logging)
• Experience with marketplace, scheduling, or gig-economy products
• Mobile or React Native exposure
• Experience with payment flows or payroll-adjacent systems
• Prior startup experience where you wore more than one hat
