Your tasks

As a flexicant (m/f/d), you will complete your voluntary internship and benefit from attractive pay and flexible working hours. You will support the Group Leadership & Executive team with the following tasks from 01.01.2027:

• Active participation in core executive management processes (e.g. placement, onboarding, performance management)
• Independent preparation and preparation of KPI reports with strategic and operational control parameters
• Independent preparation of presentations, evaluations, analyses and project documentation

Your profile

You are studying economics, (economic) psychology, with a focus on human resources, a comparable course of study or are in a gap year.

You also have the following knowledge and skills:

• First practical experience in human resources, e.g. through previous internships, is an advantage
• A high level of teamwork, communication skills and creativity
• An independent, responsible and motivated way of working
• Safe use of MS Office, in particular Excel and PowerPoint
• Very good German and English skills

This position is also available on a part-time basis.
