Your tasks

As a flexicant (m/f/d), you will complete your voluntary internship and benefit from attractive pay and flexible working hours. From 01.12.2026, you will support the team with the following responsible tasks:

• Develop innovative solutions: Design and implementation of agent-based AI workflows based on ServiceNow, LLMs and the Model Context Protocol (MCP)
• Integration & interfaces: Connect external data sources and AI services via REST APIs and create customized scripts in JavaScript and Python
• Prompt engineering & AI optimization: Develop and refine effective prompts to ensure accurate, contextual and reliable results
• Team collaboration: Close coordination with experienced consultants and developers to implement practical use cases for real business requirements
• Use your Flexicum to gain valuable practical experience at the interface of cloud platforms and cutting-edge AI and pave the way for your professional future

Must-Have Skills

• ServiceNow basics: initial understanding of the platform architecture or strong motivation to become familiar with ServiceNow
• Agentic AI & Generative AI: Great interest in LLMs, autonomous AI agents and modern concepts such as Model Context Protocol (MCP).
• Programming skills: Solid basics in JavaScript or Python for development and script creation
• Interfaces & Integration: Basic knowledge about REST APIs and data exchange between systems
• Prompt engineering: First practical experience in the targeted formulation and optimization of AI prompts
• Analytical thinking: structured approach to technical problems and complex workflows
• Team and communication skills: Excellent teamwork skills as well as very good German and English skills for cooperation

Nice-to-have

• First practical points of contact with the ServiceNow platform (e.g. Now Platform, Flow Designer, ServiceNow Otto & AICT, etc.)
• Experience with common AI frameworks such as LangChain, LLamaIndex or AutoGen
• Basic knowledge of Git/GitHub and modern development tools
• Certifications in the cloud or AI environment (e.g. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or cloud basics)
• Enjoyment of experimenting with the latest AI trends and autonomous agent systems
