Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT Administrator with specialized expertise in FlexNet/Flexera enterprise software licensing installation, configuration, and troubleshooting . This role will be responsible for deploying and supporting software license management solutions across diverse customer environments, with a primary focus on FlexNet and secondary experience with Cryptolens.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software deployment, l icense server administration , and customer-facing technical support.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting FlexNet (Flexera FlexNet Publisher/FlexLM) licensing solutions.
• Experience deploying and supporting enterprise software license servers.
• Must be capable of independently assessing technical requirements, configuring licensing systems, and resolving complex installation issues.
• Understanding of Windows Server administration and Linux-based environments.
• Experience with software deployment and configuration management.
• Strong customer-service and communication skills.
• Experience supporting remote users and customer environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Cryptolens software licensing platform.
• Experience supporting SaaS and commercial software vendors.
• Familiarity with software entitlement management and license compliance processes.
• Previous consulting or customer-facing implementation experience.
