Flexo Press Operator

TLC Label, a division of Rx Systems, is a growing, family-owned company specializing in high-quality labels and printing solutions. We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Flexo Press Operator to join our team in Gilbert, AZ.

What You'll Do

• Operate and maintain a high level of quality and consistency on 10" or 13" Mark Andy 8–12 color presses.
• Set up, operate, and monitor equipment to ensure quality products and efficient production.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while following safety and quality standards.

What We're Looking For

• At least 2 years of flexographic printing experience.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Dependable, team-oriented, and motivated to grow within the company.

SchedulePay

• 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
• 10% night-shift differential
