Flexographic Press Operator - 2nd Shift Job

Flexographic Press Operator - 2nd Shift We are seeking an experienced Flexographic Press Operator with at least 5 years of flexographic printing experience.

Experience operating a Mark Andy Performance Series P7 is highly preferred. This is a 2nd shift position with a 4-day work week .

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate flexographic printing presses
• Complete press changeovers and job setups
• Mount plates and install dies, inks, and other materials
• Mix and adjust inks and monitor color consistency
• Make press adjustments to maintain print quality
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
• Troubleshoot press and print-quality issues
• Perform routine cleaning and basic press maintenance
• Complete production and quality documentation
• Maintain a clean and safe work area

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of flexographic press operating experience
• Mark Andy P7 experience strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of flexographic printing processes
• Ability to independently set up, operate, and troubleshoot a press
• Experience with color matching, registration, plate mounting, and die cutting
• Ability to read job specifications and follow production requirements
• Strong attention to quality and detail
• Dependable and able to work independently
