About the Role

As a Flexographic Printing Specialist, you will be instrumental in driving high-quality output on narrow-web printing equipment. You will leverage your technical expertise to optimize press performance, ensuring that every project meets rigorous precision standards while contributing to our overall manufacturing efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Configure and manage narrow-web flexographic presses to achieve superior print quality and color consistency.
• Continuously monitor production runs to proactively identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.
• Execute preventative maintenance and mechanical troubleshooting to maximize equipment uptime.
• Partner with production staff to streamline workflows and ensure timely delivery of high-volume orders.
• Document production metrics and operational data to support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Uphold strict safety protocols and quality assurance standards throughout the entire printing lifecycle.

Qualifications

Required Skills

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Demonstrated professional experience operating narrow-web flexographic printing machinery.
• Deep technical understanding of flexographic print processes and press mechanics.
• Proven ability to perform mechanical diagnostics and routine equipment maintenance.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on maintaining high-quality output.

Preferred Skills

• Formal technical training or certification in printing technology.
• Hands-on experience with Mark Andy, Symjet, or MPS press platforms.
• Strong collaborative skills and experience working in fast-paced production environments.
