Bring Gentle Movement, Comfort, and Care to Hospice Patients Are you a certified flexologist or stretch therapy professional with a compassionate heart? Join our hospice team as a Flexologist Volunteer and offer soothing, gentle assisted stretches and mindful movement techniques to promote comfort, ease, and relaxation for patients at the end of life.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide gentle, comfort-based stretch therapy or guided range-of-motion sessions for hospice patients in homes, inpatient centers, or care facilities
• Help ease muscle tension, stiffness, and discomfort using safe, light-touch stretching and positioning
• Support relaxation, breathing, and peaceful body awareness through mindful movement
• Offer compassionate, attentive presence and adjust sessions based on patient comfort, preferences, and condition
• Communicate with hospice staff regarding patient needs, preferences, and changes
• Follow safety, infection control, and hospice care guidelines

What You’ll Need: Certification or training in flexology, stretch therapy, or related bodywork modality

Kind, empathetic, and professional demeanor

Comfort working with individuals in fragile, end-of-life conditions

Ability to adapt techniques gently and respectfully for hospice-appropriate care
