Flex/Part time Associate

Overview

We are seeking reliable Flex Schedule Workers to support our seasonal operations during the fall, winter, spring and summer months. Responsibilities may include a variety of tasks such as field work, assisting on planting lines, preparing and processing plant cuttings, and supporting shipping and order fulfillment during our busy spring season.

This position is ideal for individuals who are dependable, hardworking, and adaptable, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. A willingness to assist with a variety of tasks and contribute wherever needed is essential to success in this role.

Responsibilities:

· Assist with daily operational tasks assigned

· Follow safety guidelines and company procedures

· Maintain clean and organized work areas

· Support team members to ensure efficient workflow

Qualifications:

· Ability to stand, walk, or lift for extended periods (as required by the job)

· Willingness to work outdoors or indoors depending on assignment

· Strong work ethic and positive attitude

· Must be punctual and reliable

· Basic math skills, attention to detail and great at communication

Schedule & Compensation

This position will initially be scheduled Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. for approximately the first 1-2 months.

As workload decreases, the position will transition to an as-needed schedule for the following 3-4 months. Employees will typically receive several days' notice when assistance is needed for upcoming projects or tasks.

Workload increases again during the spring and summer seasons, and hours return to 40+ hours per week.

Starting pay is $15.00 per hour.

As an agricultural employer, overtime pay is not provided under our applicable employment classification. All hours worked are compensated at the employee's regular hourly rate.
