Travelshook is a UK-based travel agency specializing in international flight bookings, holiday packages, Umrah packages, and travel services for UK customers. We are looking for a motivated and experienced Flights and Lead Conversion Executive to join our team in Lahore, Pakistan

Job Details

• Location: Lahore, Pakistan
• Job Type: Full-Time
• Experience: 2–3 Years
• Salary: PKR 60,000–80,000 per month
• Benefits: Sales Commission + Performance-Based Incentives

Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries for international flights, airline ticketing, holiday packages
• Manage sales leads from phone calls, WhatsApp, websites, and social media
• Convert flight booking inquiries and travel leads into confirmed bookings through effective follow-ups and sales closing
• Handle customer objections, negotiate fares, and recommend suitable travel packages
• Maintain accurate lead status, customer details, and follow-up records in the CRM or LMS
• Achieve monthly sales targets and improve lead conversion rates

Required Experience & Skills

• 2–3 years of experience in flight sales, travel sales, airline ticketing, or lead conversion
• Good knowledge of international flight bookings, airline fares, and holiday packages
• Strong communication, negotiation, customer handle
• Experience with GDS systems such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo is an advantage
• Ability to manage sales leads, follow up with potential customers, and achieve targets
