Flight Attendant

About the role

We are seeking high-caliber candidates for the position of Star Jet Cabin Attendant within our aircraft management team. The role involves managing all aspects of onboard operations for corporate jet aircraft, including safety procedures, cabin services, and luxury catering for VIP clients.

Key responsibilities

• Be fully responsible for all onboard safety procedures to ensure complete flight safety.
• Provide exclusive, high-end cabin services and professional luxury catering arrangement for VIP clients.
• Independently complete standardized pre-flight, in-flight and post-flight cabin procedures.
• Manage cabin supplies and implement standardized inventory stock control systems.
• Ensure full aircraft preparation in strict accordance with operational specifications before every flight.
• Assist flight crew in executing all safety-related duties and operational tasks.

About you

• Proven working experience as a corporate jet cabin crew is mandatory.
• Exceptional planning, organizational and cross-team communication skills.
• Quality-oriented mindset with rigorous standards and a strong passion for premium luxury service.
• Capable of working under pressure, embracing challenges and managing multiple tasks efficiently.
• Possess extreme attention to detail throughout all service and operational procedures.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and full discretion regarding all client privacy and company sensitive information.
• Pleasant personality, self-motivated, proactive with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Fluent verbal English and Mandarin are essential; Cantonese speaking ability is highly preferred.
• Flexible and willing to complete all ad-hoc operational duties as assigned by the management team.
• Professional demeanor and solid corporate jet experience operating ACJ, BBJ and Gulfstream aircraft.
