JOB DESCRIPTION

We are currently hiring a Flight Booking Agent to assist customers with booking concerns in a fast-paced BPO environment. You will be responsible for troubleshooting issues, providing step-by-step solutions, and ensuring customers receive efficient and accurate technical assistance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle inbound customer inquiries related to travel bookings and reservations.
• Assist customers with flight reservations, itinerary changes, cancellations, and rebookings.
• Provide accurate information about travel schedules, fares, baggage policies, and travel requirements.
• Process customer requests while ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Document customer interactions accurately using company systems.
• Escalate complex travel-related concerns to the appropriate department when necessary.
• Meet quality assurance, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.

WORK SCHEDULE & TRAINING

This is a shifting schedule role, including weekends and holidays. Full paid training is provided for all new hires.

REQUIREMENTS

• High School and Senior High School graduates are welcome with at least 1 month of BPO experience.
• College graduates and fresh graduates are welcome.
• Applicants with no BPO experience may still apply if they have at least 6 months of customer-facing experience.
• Basic computer skills and ability to multitask
• Willing to work onsite in Malate, Manila and on shifting schedules
