Job Description

We are hiring Travel Account Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) for our onsite team. No prior BPO or customer service experience is required. If you have good communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and are willing to learn, we encourage you to apply!

You will assist customers with travel-related inquiries, reservations, bookings, changes, cancellations, and other concerns while providing a smooth and positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries regarding flights, hotels, reservations, and travel services.
• Assist customers with bookings, changes, cancellations, and rebookings.
• Provide accurate information about travel schedules, fares, policies, and services.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate customer and transaction records.
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and travel providers when needed.
• Meet customer service, quality, productivity, and attendance goals.
• Follow company policies and procedures

Qualifications

• No BPO or customer service experience required.
• At least Senior High School graduate.
• Fresh graduates and career shifters are welcome to apply.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer-focused and willing to learn.
• Basic computer skills.
• Willing to work onsite.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
