Qualifications

• High School or Senior High School graduate
• No BPO, call center, or travel experience required
• Fresh graduates and career shifters welcome
• Good English communication skills
• Basic computer and typing skills
• Customer service and problem-solving skills
• Good attention to detail
• Willing to learn travel systems and processes
• Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with flight and hotel reservations
• Handle booking changes, cancellations, and rebookings
• Provide travel and itinerary information
• Address baggage, schedule, and reservation concerns
• Process booking updates and customer requests
• Document interactions and escalate complex concerns
• Follow customer service and quality standards

• Location: West Avenue, Quezon City
• Work Setup: Onsite
• Schedule: Shifting, including nights, weekends, and holidays when required
