Flight Dispatcher

We are seeking a qualified Flight Dispatcher with a valid GCAA Flight Dispatcher License and 2-3 years of UAE aviation operations experience to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, verify, and monitor flight routes using flight planning software.
• Conduct route analysis, fuel planning, alternate airport selection, and performance assessments.
• Review weather reports, NOTAMs, airport restrictions, and operational requirements.
• Coordinate permits, landing rights, overflight permissions, PPRs, and slot requests.
• Liaise with Civil Aviation Authorities, Air Traffic Control, ground handling agents, and fuel providers.
• Prepare and manage operational flight plans for scheduled and non-scheduled operations.
• File flight plans and ensure compliance with aviation regulations and company procedures.
• Provide flight watch and operational support to ensure safe and efficient flight operations.

Requirements:

• Valid GCAA Flight Dispatcher License (mandatory).
• 2-3 years of flight dispatch or airline operations experience in the UAE .
• Proficiency in flight planning and aviation operational software.
• Strong knowledge of aviation regulations, meteorology, NOTAMs, and flight operations.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and on rotating shifts.
