Duties

• Lead the design, delivery, and evaluation of flight operations training programs for pilots, dispatchers, and operational staff.
• Oversee recurrent, initial, and upgrade training, ensuring compliance with FAA, ICAO, and company standards.
• Collaborate with Flight Standards, Safety, and Operations teams to integrate lessons learned from audits, incidents, and industry developments into training content.
• Manage simulator scheduling, instructor assignments, and training records using our Learning Management System (LMS).
• Develop scenariobased training modules that prepare crews for both routine and nonroutine operational challenges.
• Conduct instructor standardization sessions to ensure consistent, highquality delivery across all training programs.
• Monitor regulatory changes and proactively update training materials to maintain compliance.
• Lead posttraining evaluations to measure effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications

• FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate or equivalent international qualification.
• 5+ years of experience in flight operations, with at least 2 years in a training or instructional leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of FAA Part 121/135 or equivalent operational regulations.
• Proven ability to design and deliver engaging, effective training programs.
• Experience with flight simulators, training devices, and LMS platforms.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to inspire and mentor both instructors and trainees.
• A proactive, detailoriented mindset with a passion for operational excellence and safety.
• Preferred experience with ATR 42 and ATR 72
