Float Attendant - Staff

Float Milwaukee is looking for a part-time float attendant to be fully trained for additional help on weekend shifts and weekday evenings as needed.

Once per month overnight shift ($15/hr) available as well.

Staff members are responsible for booking, checking in guests, taking payments, and giving tours to customers. Staff is also responsible for answering phone calls and emails. Good interpersonal skills and customer service experience necessary.

Cleaning duties include: wiping down surfaces, sweeping, vacuuming, laundry, sanitizing items and quickly but thoroughly cleaning rooms between customers. Cleaning duties take up a significant portion of the workload and prospective employees should be able to work at a fast pace while maintaining attention to detail. Cleaning experience highly valued.

Reliability is paramount as staff will open/close business by themselves. Ability to work and communicate well with others is essential to ensure smooth transitions.

Staff must be willing to use our services regularly (no cost) in order to draw on experiences with customers.
