• Lead and Support Clinic Teams :Act as interim Clinic Head when required, guide SH/BH/therapists on consultations and sales, and monitor grooming, readiness, and attendance

• Sales & Revenue Orientation :Drive FFT conversions, renewals, closures, and meet revenue targets

• Ensure Operational Excellence : Oversee adherence to SOPs across consultations, billing, appointment hygiene, and system usage (POS, People Strong)
