Float Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Your Schedule Options

• Day Float: 6:30pm-2:30pm, Mon/Tue/Thu/Fri + every other Sat/Sun
• Evening Float: 2:00-10:00pm, 4 weekdays + every other Sat/Sun
• Overnight Float: 9:30pm-7:00am, Sun/Mon/Tue/Wed or Sun/Wed/Thu/Fri

What You’ll Do

• Provide exceptional nursing care, from medication administration to health assessments
• Support individuals in reaching personal goals and participating in community activities
• Promote dignity, choice, and inclusion in all aspects of care
• Mentor and educate Direct Support Professionals and fellow nurses
• Monitor health conditions, respond to emergencies, and coordinate care with families and providers
• Keep thorough and accurate documentation in electronic health records (Therap)

What We’re Looking For

• Active LPN license in Minnesota
• CPR & First Aid certification
• Valid MN driver’s license with good driving record
• Ability to lift/transfer 60 lbs occasionally
• DHS background clearance
• Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
