Float Medical Assistant

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and adaptable Float Medical Assistant to provide comprehensive support across multiple clinical settings within our healthcare facility.

As a Medical Assistant you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the medical office.

Job role and highlights:

• Schedule Monday-Thursday 7am-5pm
• Bilingual preferred but not required
• ECW/E-Clinical Work experience preferred but not required
• Pain management experience preferred but not required
• Primary work location- 4860 E. Baseline rd, Mesa, AZ 85206, however, travel to our Phoenix and Dunlap offices may be requested from time to time.
• Minimum of 1 year experience as an MA
• Must have back and front office experience

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

• Assist providers with injections
• Chart prep
• Rooming patients and taking vitals
• Cleaning rooms, stocking and ordering of supplies
• Front Desk check in/out
• Ability to organize and interpret data
• Able to work effectively in a team environment
• Able to use a personal computer and related software
• Firm grasp of Medical Terminology needed
• Answering phones
• Ability to process prior authorizations for medications

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
