Float Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) – Full-Time

Southwest Florida | Sarasota, Fort Myers, Naples, Port Charlotte & Venice | 40 Hours/Week

RejuvenX is seeking a full-time Float Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) to support our Southwest Florida clinics in Sarasota, Fort Myers, Naples, Port Charlotte, and Venice. This role offers variety, exposure to multiple clinic teams, and mileage reimbursement for required travel between locations..

As a Float PCC, you’ll serve as an important part of the patient experience while helping ensure our clinics continue operating smoothly. You’ll provide front-office and patient coordination support across multiple RejuvenX locations, stepping in where coverage is needed most.

The ideal candidate is adaptable, dependable, organized, patient-focused, and comfortable traveling between locations throughout Southwest Florida.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome and check patients in and out in a warm, professional manner
• Serve as a primary point of contact for patients throughout their clinic experience
• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments while helping optimize provider schedules
• Answer phones, respond to messages, and route calls appropriately
• Assist patients with paperwork and ensure demographic and patient information is accurate
• Verify insurance and financial information as needed
• Collect patient payments and accurately document transactions
• Communicate with patients regarding appointments, follow-up visits, and next steps
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Help manage patient flow and keep appointments running efficiently
• Maintain clean, organized front-desk, waiting, and patient-facing areas
• Collaborate with providers, clinical staff, and other PCCs to support daily clinic operations
• Step in where needed based on patient volume, staffing coverage, and operational needs

Float Responsibilities

This position provides coverage across our Sarasota, Fort Myers, Naples, Port Charlotte, and Venice clinics.

Candidates must be comfortable:

• Traveling between RejuvenX locations based on business and staffing needs
• Adjusting to different clinic schedules and operating hours
• Working with different providers, managers, and clinic teams
• Learning the workflows and needs of multiple locations
• Responding to changing coverage needs with flexibility and professionalism
• Working a flexible 40-hour-per-week schedule based on clinic needs

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous medical office, chiropractic, healthcare, or patient-facing experience strongly preferred
• Previous experience as a Patient Care Coordinator, Medical Receptionist, Front Desk Coordinator, Chiropractic Assistant, or similar healthcare role preferred
• Experience with patient scheduling, phones, insurance verification, and patient intake preferred
• Experience with EMR/EHR systems preferred
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel between assigned clinic locations required

Florida AHCA / Background Screening Requirement

This role requires background screening through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse as part of the hiring process.
