Float Pool Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Role: Facility Float Pool LPN

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality bedside care across multiple inpatient units
• Administer medications, perform patient assessments, and document in the EHR
• Adapt quickly to diverse clinical settings and support individualized care plans
• Collaborate closely with RNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams
• Ensure patient safety and uphold infection control standards

Qualifications & Skills

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification
• Strong clinical skills with the ability to work in various healthcare settings
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to adapt and respond to changing patient needs

Key Duties: Deliver bedside care, medication administration, assessments, documentation, and interdisciplinary collaboration to support optimal patient outcomes.
