Float Pool Registered Nurse

Role: Registered Nurse in the Regional Float Pool

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional, compassionate patient care across multiple facilities
• Float between units and locations within the region
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care
• Coordinate treatment plans and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Ensure patient safety and quality of care
• Educate patients and families about health and treatment

Qualifications & Skills

• Current RN licensure
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work effectively in diverse, team-oriented environments
• Excellent communication and patient education skills

Key Duties: Deliver comprehensive patient care, support treatment coordination, promote safety, and foster patient and family education in a collaborative, growth-oriented setting.
