Float Registered Nurse – Acute Care

Role: RN Float, providing high-quality, patient-centered care across multiple hospital units in a Level II Trauma Center.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and respond to rapidly changing patient conditions.
• Support various units including med-surg, ICU, ED, telemetry, and step-down as needed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Uphold safety and infection-control standards.
• Educate patients and families about care and treatment plans.
